I’m a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD. I know what it’s like to perform at a high level while quietly unraveling afterward. I’ve felt the crash — the kind where you don’t even think about eating a vegetable because you feel like one.
And I’ve also spent years studying what makes this brain tick. I hold master’s degrees in education and social work, with licensure in both.
