  • Our first appointment will deep dive into what brought you here and focus on where you want to go.

We will answer the questions: what do you want your life to look like in 3-6 months and what do we need to do to get there?

  • While each person is different, you will likely see substantial improvements in our focus areas within the first three months.

We will consistently revisit your goals and adjust course as necessary.

  • Good Faith Estimates: As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide estimates for the costs of your care. The Good Faith Estimate shows the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your healthcare needs and treatment. This will be provided by this office upon scheduling and/or as requested. Good Faith Estimates are not a bill, simply an estimate of what your costs for treatment will be. This Good Faith Estimate does not include unexpected costs that could arise during treatment.
