ADHD Evaluations

You’re here because

You’re working harder than ever but it still feels like you’re falling behind

Does this sound like you? Hours spent staring at the same page, hoping the information will stick. A never-ending to-do list, but you can’t seem to start—or finish—anything. Deadlines are fast approaching, but no matter how hard you try, you can’t seem to focus. You’ve been told to "just try harder," but deep down, you know this isn’t about effort. You’re exhausted, frustrated, and wondering if there’s something underneath the struggle.

After working with me, you’ll gain:

  • A clear understanding of how your brain processes information and what might be getting in your way.

  • Assurance that you’re not alone and can move forward with the right tools and support.

  • A clear path forward for navigating work, school, and life on your terms.

My Approach

Imagine Understanding How Your Brain Works—

and Leveraging It for Success

Understanding how your brain works is a game-changer. With an ADHD evaluation, we’ll get a clear picture of your unique cognitive patterns. You’ll walk away with practical strategies to help you thrive—whether that means creating systems to manage tasks, improving focus, or advocating for accommodations at school or work.

This isn’t about labeling yourself; it’s about equipping you to navigate challenges and make the most of your incredible potential.

At the end of the day, I want you to know:

You deserve to learn, grow, and succeed in a way that honors you
