A. The Collective focuses on forward-moving coaching and workflow design. We do not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions. If you need clinical care, please seek a licensed provider.

A. Spark requires about 10 minutes for the Monday prompt and one 30-minute Focus Jam each month. Focus members typically spend 90 minutes a week: one live or replay Focus Jam plus a quick Plan-Your-Week check-in. Everything else is optional.

A. All Focus Jams and workshops are recorded and posted within 24 hours. You can watch on your schedule and still share wins or questions in Slack.

A. Yes. We accept corporate cards and can provide an invoice describing the program as professional development and burnout-prevention, executive functioning, and ADHD coaching.

A. Spark is always free. Focus is month-to-month or annual. You can cancel inside your account at any time and you will keep access until the end of the paid period. Lifetime Flourish is a single payment and non-refundable.

A. A Zoom-ready device and a free Slack account. Our templates work in Google Docs and Notion, but printable PDFs are included if you prefer paper.

A. Focus Jams are large-group body-double sessions. Cameras stay on and microphones stay muted, so headcount does not dilute the experience. For more interaction you can post in the chat or Slack channel.
